The problem isn't picking up the brltty commands, but rather how to add 
the binding to orca.

Another way of wording this is what is the Braille version of:
orca.settings.keyBindingsMap["default"] = myKeyBindings

Is it:
orca.settings.brailleBindingsMap["default"] = myBrailleBindings
