[orca-list] making debug in eclipse more accessible

Hi all,

A while ago I reported on the list some problems related to debugging in 
eclipse.
Basically when a breakpoint is reached, orca remains silent and we 
does'nt  know what happened.
With the great help of Joanie, an attempt was made to resolve this problem.
The  changes were commited today, please test and report problems.
