I imagine the Chan Skype thing for Asterisk will have the same difficulties 
setting up as doing it with Pigeon. If one had to do that on a remote 
system, that adds in having to get Orca to send audio remotely as well as 
you can only do so much on those virtual server things even though they're 
getting about as cheap as a good shared hosting plan if one can put up with 
moving once or twice a year if some of them turn out to not make it.
