Hy List,
I am not a braille user because I haven't got a braille display, but
full agree the final changes with braille users would like. Very nice if
Orca next final version already developed features prowides more equals
features with speech and braille if this is possible, and new future
developed features are working both speech and braille support if this
is possible.
Another interesting now missing braille feature with the speak child
position feature braille implementation. Now, this is only a speech
related feature in Orca, but I think this is need for braille users, but
please any braille user confirm this.
I welcome would like working this feature implementation, but I need a
beginning help with braille formatting sintax in positionInList
insertion, and if awailable a working testing patch, need help for
braille users the testing with real braille environment. For example if
I haven't got a braille display, I don't no what the practical way to
test a braille related patch? I think not enough if the debug.out file
present the new braille message. For example Orca braille monitor
feature is good for testing purpose, and possible use only a speech
environment if I full blind?
This feature request link in bugzilla is following:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=617647
In future another possible need braille feature, but I am not full sure
need this with braille users the speak object mnemonics feature braille
implementation, I don't no general Orca how can notify now the braille
users for example what the mnemonics a button, menu item, etc? Now, have
a markup with this purpose, or this braille related new feature general
absolute not need, because resulting unuseable braille output?
Thank you the braille users answers with this two suggestions,
Attila
