I've used it before but haven't been there for a while.  What I
remember is to make heavy use of the F6 function key.  From what I
remember, is you can choose the items you're interested in from the
list and then press F6; now I think you need to press F6 several times
to get into the right pane.  Then you can arrow around int like in a
text window.  

I need to verify you can still do this with current versions of Oo.
