I think it's important that there be package maintainers for the various
operating system distributions who work to ensure that Orca runs reliably in
their respective environments.

Orca has more external dependencies, and of a more complex kind, than many
other software systems. This is why many of the problems which users
experience are not Orca bugs, but problems elsewhere.
