[orca-list] How can I change Orca settings globally?

I want to install Stormdragon's orca-customizations.py script
globally, so that each user on the machine gets access to it, without
having to re-enter the zip code.  Is there a simple way to do this?
Or, if I could globally set the zipCode variable, that would do the
trick.
