This may depend on which distro you're using.  I understand many
distros are using webkit for the gnome help.  Webkit is currently
broken with Orca! Fortunately, ArchLinux still uses the gecko engine
for gnome help so it still works OK with Orca.  However, I just
checked this out and noticed the tab key doesn't appear to go to links
anymore.  I thought it did in the past.  I also had some trouble
getting some selected titles to gain focus when I selected them.
Doubt that has to do with Orca just yet.
