[orca-list] ubuntu mirrors compromised

I have been told by an individual in good position to know that the 
download images on the ubuntu mirrors were hacked four months ago.  I''ve 
also been told that the managers of those mirrors have just discovered the 
damage to those images.  Those images will probably be corrected in time, 
but that may explain why my sound card wasn't recognized with vinux 3.0 
and had no problem working with vinux 2.0.  The computer with the intel 
sound card had vinux running on it for a little over a year too.
