Orca. I suspect the guys will tell me this is a feature/intentional. In
which case we'll have to make a change in Orca. But I do want to ask
them first.

In GNOME's bugzilla there's a field called 'Blocks'. 404403 is the Orca
metabug for all things Firefox.
