yes joanie,
You are right.
I am looking at the code and the diff tells me that there is some patch
been included.
And obviously since I know for sure that it is bil's code which has not
been committed.
I don't know why is mozila not concerned with such a critical and
serious problem regarding accessibility.
Its strange that the bug is reported long time back and a patch has been
made by our friend who is matured enough and knows exactly what he is doing.
I know the mozila team is very serious about accessibility. this one
incident however feels strange given their dedication.
happy hacking.

Hey Krisnakant.
If you try vinux 3.0 dvd, the problem is not there with ff 3.6
I suspect that is because (if memory serves me) Bill Cox has included
his patch for the Mozilla bug in question [1] in Vinux. It has not yet
been committed upstream (i.e. in Firefox from Mozilla). As a result,
anyone using regular ol' Firefox 3.6 (from 11 June 2009 or later) or
Firefox 3.7 or Firefox 4.0 will experience this problem.
Take care.
