[orca-list] problem with update-manager

I have installed the latest version of Orca.
However when I have been using update-manager to update my Ubuntu, it
speaks the percentage of the updates when they are downloaded but when
it installs them, Orca stops speaking and I have to hold the power
button on my desktop PC and turn it off as CTRL ALT Delete doesn't
reboot my Desktop.
Has anyone else noticed this problem?
