[orca-list] Speech preferences/profiles patch that needs testing love

Hey all.

During my dinner break I took a look at one of the bugs that was
reported by JosÃ. The second test case he provided is something
reproducible at least as far back as GNOME 2.30, and perhaps even
earlier.

The solution to that problem strikes me as one that might solve some of
the other odd speech profiles issues that you all have reported.

It would be super awesome if y'all could give this one-liner patch some
beating on in general, and in particular if you've been having problems
with speech settings not getting properly loaded/restored.
