[orca-list] friend's computer in broken package status

I tried upgrading from lenny to squeeze and that not only failed, I 
couldn't back out to lenny afterwards.  Effectively nothing can now be 
installed or uninstalled from that remote system.  Had I any idea an 
upgrade attempt would have resulted in this, I'd have left it alone for at 
least the next six months.
