[orca-list] Sticky Locking Keys in Orca 2.31.3

Hi!

I'm running the subject version of Orca on a Dell Inspiron 1300, which 
has Vinux 3.  Either the shift or the Orca modifier will, sometimes, 
become locked, and the only way to unlock the modifier is to reboot.  Is 
there a better workaround than restarting, or a way to prevent this 
behavior?  I haven't yet figured what situation triggers this.
