Maybe someone could write a small script which when vinux is booted checks and sees if any sound devices are 
muted and if they are raises the volume to at least half way and unmutes everything? either that or have 
something attached to a keystroke that unmutes every possible input and output volume. I think vinux is 
booting fine on his dell on Jason's dell but we don't have sound.
