[orca-list] build from source

Hello list,

I have a question about building form source. I was looking through the
instructions and have a question. When I enter this command 

git clone git://git gnome.org/orca orca 

it says fatel this path already exists and the directory is not empty.
What should I do? Should I just cd into the .orca folder and follow the
rest of the commands to pull from git or should I do something else?
