[orca-list] a lucid bug or orca bug

i am sure there is a bug in either lucid or orca.
i know because i have reinstalled lucid and still have this same 
problem where every so often an application won't launch.
saying this though i think applications do launch because if i do 
alt fbled, it closes the window of the app only i can't navigate 
it with orca which is why i am wondering if it could either be a 
bug in lucid or a bug in orca because speech still runs most of 
the time despite this problem.
