Re: [orca-list] Speech dispatcher on Archlinux?

Yes, I am the package maintainer in the AUR for speech dispatcher.
I'm waiting until the OpenTTS project releases a production level
tarball that I can package into a new package called opentts. In the
meantime, I do have a git version of opentts which I could post if
you're interested. But as for original speech dispatcher, I should
wait to Brailcom releases a full production version of speech
dispatcher and that could be posted as well. I would imagine in the
future that if speech dispatcher or open tts would be picked as the
defacto standard default and promoted up to Comunity or Extra. I have
built and run the old 0.67 version of speech dispatcher in the past
but I recently had to recompile due to changes in the dotconf
library. In any case, the old version will work along with the old
version of dotconf.

Hope this makes sense.
