Hi,

I was building orca from git today, and discovered that while the python pyatspi module depends on orbit and 
bonobo, configure checks for them after pyatspi.  Since we'll be moving to dbus soon this isn't a big issue, 
but configure should check for orbit and bonobo first, so that people don't have pyatspi installed and wonder 
why configure can't find it.  I only thought see if at-spi checked after installing orbit and bonobo so I 
don't know that atspi didin't find them, but I know that if it didin't it still built, and didn't make it 
obvious they were missing.
