Re: [orca-list] does any of the virtual machine software work with orca

I use VirtualBox. It has a command line interface to create and maintain virtual machines. There is a package called vboxgtk, which I used with older versions of VirtualBox, but apparently, it's incompatible with full version 3.0, which is what I use and works best here. If I try to install vboxgtk, it attempts to remove my full version 3.0 and replace it with the open source version, which still doesn't have USB support, unless that changed in 3.0. It may be possible to create a virtual machine using vboxgtk and then install the full version if you need USB support, but I can't recommend that, since I haven't tried it.

Good luck,
Kyle
