Hi Glenn:
You can try going to the Orca preferences dialog and open the "speech"
tab. Under there, you can go to the "Person" combo box and check out
what is selected. A different voice may have been selected by accident.

Hello,
I installed Ubuntu 9.04 with Orca.
I did this from the live CD.
I have installed it before with the same CD, so it should not be a problem.
I was running Orca during the live session, and all was okay.
But after the install, Orca seems to be running in another language.
My son, who is sighted, can read everything in English, and everything in
the Orca preferences indicate English.
How can I either change this, or uninstall Orca, and try to reinstall it?
Thanks.
Glenn
