[orca-list] Orca, voxin and speech dispatcher.

Dear All,
Though I am able to install voxin and use it with espeak, I am not able
to use it with speech dispatcher.
When I shift to speech dispatcher and activate the Orca preference, I am
not able to see the IBM VIA voice on the synthasiser list.
Do I need to edit any file manually?

then again, should I edit any file to increase the responsiveness of
Orca with speech dispatcher?
