Hi Attila:
With the Bonobo deprecation work, gnome-speech will eventually go away.
The current idea is to replace it with speech-dispatcher, but only
after speech-dispatcher has been debugged/hardened to work across
multiple platforms. A key benefit of speech-dispatcher over
gnome-speech is that it will allow console users to have speech whereas
gnome-speech is really only meant for use by the graphical desktop.

Your openion in future what the final GNOME version with gnome-speech
driver is available?
For example the developers does'nt drop out gnome-speech driver with
GNOME 2.30 or 3.0 release?
