[orca-list] Cursor Tracking, Orca, and Braille

Hello, folk,

I'm attempting to read web pages in firefox with Braille and Orca. It
seems the Braille tracks the mouse pointer. Is there any way to have it
track the caret? If not, how can I scroll past the bottom of the window
or scroll the page down using Braille?
