[orca-list] problem with keystrokes in firefox

i think i have installed the accessibility extention for firefox 
because when i go through the firefox menus i hear accessibility.
however the keystroke ctrl shif l doesn't appear to bring up the 
list so i have to go through all the accessibility menus to 
links.
how do i resolve this issue?
i found keyboard options for accessibility in the menu but trying 
to change them makes no difference.
what do i need to look for?
