Speech and audio integration is not working well on Jaunty. You need to install with the blindness profile:

i am setting up orca for a blind ubuntu 9.04 user.
I hear voice but cannot make sense of what is being said.
Tried to change preferences(RATE,PITCH is at 51 and 5.3 respectively)
drop down is only showing one speech synthesiser(espeak) and speech system(Gnome)
is there a way to add more options.
