Actually, I updated to latest trunk last evening and discovered I had
to install python2.5-dev before Orca would build.  But with that
behind me, I gave your situation a try or I should say I tried right
clicking a link within a mutt e-mail session and I opened the link
successfully in Firefox as I usually do in similar situations.  So I
dunno if that matches your situation completely but here the clicking
of an item in flat review still works fine.
