[orca-list] debugging

Hi,

I have configured orca, with grade 2 braille.
When I run orca it says welcome to orca and quits straight away... I
assume it's one of my settings, because with out my configuration
eg. the defaults, it works fine... So how, can I make orca log as much
as possible so I can determine the problem?
