Hi Steve,

I just had a play with this.

In OO Writer I can use Orca + R and Orca + C to mark a table row and 
column as a header then Orca repeats this cell's contents when I move 
through cells in that row/column.

So the keystroke seems to be not just for Calc.

I'm using Orca 2.26.2 on Ubuntu Jaunty with OO 3.
