[orca-list] a small problem when orca is started

Hi all,
To reproduce try the following steps.

1) Open a terminal session.
2) Press alt+f2, type orca and press the enter key.
Note that orca is started and the terminal session is presented again.
Now try to type something in the terminal session or try to use the flat 
review mode. Nothing is read by orca.
Switching to another application and switching back to terminal session 
cure the problem.
