[orca-list] dificulty to read some pages with DownArrow key

Hi all,
I'm facing a problem no matter if I use orca 2.6.1 or latest from git 
repository.

To reproduce try the following:

1) Using FireFox 3.0 or 3.5, Go to http://www.twitter.com/wwalker.

2) Press the H key until you hear wwalker image header level 2

3) Press DownArrow key to read the next line.
Observe that Orca repeats the same text spoken in step 2 and and doesn't 
go to the next line, even if I press the DownArrow again, again and again!
