[orca-list] is there a way to get orca to read power settings

Hi, Orca reads the choices in the power settings. But other than the first idem for putting the computer to 
sleep it doesn't tell you when the other settings will take place.
For example when you close the lid, when the battery is lo and so on.
Is there a way to get Orca to read the rest of that info?
