[orca-list] How to Scroll Back in gnome-terminal

DOes gnome-terminal keep a continuous log of all its output - i.e. is there 
a way to review output that has scrolled off screen?  I know I can pipe 
through less or equiv, but just wondering if there were another way to do 
this kind of thing.
