I don't believe Orca has been translated to Esperanto yet. Seems like it might be interesting for those people who want to keep the dream of a universal language alive.

To do translations for GNOME projects, you should talk with the GNOME Translation Project: http://l10n.gnome.org/. From what I can tell from http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/eo, however, the esperanto translation in GNOME is a bit lacking. :-(
