Excellent!  There are a few areas where you might consider contributing:

1) Look at the speech synthesis engines and try to contribute language 
support to them.  This isn't a trivial task and requires a lot of 
linguistic knowledge.  The engines I'd consider would be eSpeak and 
Festival.

2) Look at BrlTTY and see if any work needs to be done there to support 
the language.

3) Join a GNOME translation team to translate Orca strings to the 
language: http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/
