[orca-list] Network manager

I'm not sure if this is an orca problem or a problem of my understanding 
of how to run network tools. if I try to run it, it opens and I can see 
the data but when I hit the configure button i'm told I'm npot allowed to 
access the system configuration. But if i go into administrative tools and 
network, I'm asked for the administrative password and this apparently 
works but I'm still not allowed to configure. What am I missing here?
