[orca-list] Nebbie in trouble: help!!!

Hi,
I am a new excited user of Orca, linux and ubuntu.
I am testing a lot of solutions and trying to learn this new world. (I
come from windows).
Now, I installed festival, and now Orca decided to stop speaking.
I re-installed it, but nothing at all. The more strange thing is that if
I try to load the configuration Gui with Orca-modifier space, onbraille
display remain "starting configuration...." and nothing else happens.
Here the steps i followed:

1- sudo apt-get install festival
2- sudo apt-get install festvox-italp16k
3- sudo apt-get install festvox-italpc16k
4- I changed synth in Orca setting by choosing Festival.

now Orca is muted forever?
sigh....
