[orca-list] I found a big problem for new users

Hi, I noticed with the latest live CD of ubuntu  that compiz is enabled by default.
Orca will not read the choices in the tab to disable it when it is enabled, and we can't get to the top panel 
which is the real problem.
I played with the mouse for a few minutes and was able to find the non setting. I know this can be reset in 
the terminal, which was the way I solved this problem before when I enabled compiz by mistake.
But new users will not know how to do this. So If this is a gnome issue, I think they need to either make 
this accessible with Orca or disable compiz by default.
