[orca-list] new accessible app on the Orca home page

There has been a new app posted to the Orca home page under Accessible
Apps.  Please go here if you would like to read about the accessibility
of Ssoundconverter.  Again the app is called soundconverter just so I
make it clear what your looking for.  I have used it quite a bit now and
really like it.
