Orca spoken now this order with desktop tutor message when I pressing
Ctrl+Alt+d:

Iconviev laiered pane
Possible replace order with this order?

The desktop tutor message
Tutor message is last information spokening after spoken all important
information when pressing Ctrl+Alt+d.
