Hi Scott:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=535827 has a lot of
information around this. There are still some issues to be worked out
(i.e., the current solution makes the logout/shutdown windows
accessible, but causes Firefox to not work).

Hello there everyone,
I noticed this morning that Orca is not reading the shutdown window when
I go to System/Shutdown. orca says it's inaccessible. Anyone else
having this same problem. I believe I have the latest atk, gail and
at-spi. thanks much.
