[orca-list] have i updated my orca?

I am running Intrepid Ibex on my laptop.
The version of Orca is 2.24.1.
Has this successfully upgraded from the version of Orca which comes with
Intrepid by default?
I ask because I am fairly new to subversion.
I couldn't get the latest stuff for some reason as I kept getting an
error message about the URL or web address so I just tried to grab the
most up-to date stable Orca.
I tried my banking site again and still had the problem of jumping
accounts without reading the balance so I don't know if I haven't
installed the most up to date stable Orca or if the patch has only been
applied to the most Bleeding Edge version.
