[orca-list] a better solution than evolution

Could anyone recommend an email client that is accessible with Orca?
I ask because I am finding Evolution keeps repeating the same text when
trying to read messages.
I was going to try Thunderbird but the one that comes with Intrepid is
not accessible.
I am finding Evolution crashing when I first boot Ubuntu annoying and so
is the repeating of text when scrolling through a message.
