[orca-list] Regarding GNOME hot key in Intrepid

Hi,

 

I just installed Intrepid on a desktop, but I can't get the hot key in GNOME for accessing the panels (ctrl+alt+tab) to work. When I press it, nothing happens. I want to be able to access the notification area.

 

So, am I using the wrong key combination?
