Hi Prasanna:
The integration would happen with gnome-speech, and Orca would then find
it via gnome-speech. For integration with gnome-speech, there's some
things that the gnome-speech driver expects the Festival voice to have.
I've forgotten all I know about that space, though, so it's tough for
me to recall how to get it working.
