[orca-list] TTSYNTH, Orca And Ubuntu 8.04

Hello,

This has probably been covered. Could someone point me to what else I 
am missing? I have installed the needed legacy libraries. I have 
installed the deb package for TTSYNTH. I have downloaded and rebuilt 
gnome-speech 0.419 and viavoice was detected. I still cannot see it as 
a choice from test-speech and of course orca doesn't see it either. 
What else am I missing?
