Hmm....well....looks like you also built/installed at-spi in addition to
Orca.  That's a good thing, but it looks like you might have forgotten
to put the --libexecdir option on the autogen.sh command line when
building at-spi.  At http://live.gnome.org/Orca/DownloadInstall, there
are some instructions, but they are not complete for Fedora.  I'm going
to guess you probably should have done --libexecdir=/usr/lib/at-spi, but
I'm not sure.
