Re: [orca-list] Coppying and pasting text into Gnome with Orca

Hi Keith:

Orca relies upon the toolkit/application to provide keyboard traversal techniques for doing this. GNOME has a very good keyboard navigation model built in:

http://www.gnome.org/learn/access-guide/latest/keynav-1.html

In general, when you hold the Shift key down while navigating, you select text. You then typically press Ctrl+c to copy what you've selected and Ctrl+v to paste it.

Hope this helps,

Will

Can someone explain how Carrot navigation mode works with Orca? In particular, coppying pasting with Gnome?
Thanks.
