[orca-list] Still no punctuation while cursoring in firefox

Hello all,

There is still no punctuation while arrowing in firefox with the regular
"system" cursor, using speech-dispatcher-0.6.6.

Also, there is still inconsistency in punctuation handling in flat
review and focus tracking mode.
